My performance focused on designing a series of screens within a month to finalize the qualified lead acquisition stage.

I collaborated in the creation of an acquisition flow so that a Mexican bank can provide bank loans to qualified clients who are worth their weight in gold to the industry.

Actinver needed to create a more personalized acquisition experience. So, with the goal of acquiring highly qualified leads, we created this fully measurable solution.

The challenge was to integrate all parts of the project to support two key metrics: cost per qualified lead and future conversion.

This had to be reflected in a user-friendly flow of screens designed to encourage users to provide sufficient information to qualify each potential customer.

For this proposal, we worked with an agile Gantt chart that allowed us to cover the three areas the project encompassed.

The differentiating factor was working with the existing customer database and campaigns, enabling us to audit the performance of each platform. This allowed us to create a map of the entire measured landscape to understand each stage of the conversion funnel.

We also aligned the UI with the new brandbook, more visual elements and accessibility tools. Our mission, apart from modernizing the interface, was to streamline its performance.

Next, we moved to the experience design phase, tailoring content to each response to guide the user to the appropriate stage.

For this, we worked with CMS partner Oracle.

Finally, after working on the texts, restructuring the communication spaces and devising a new design system, we set out to measure everything through Clarity and GA4, in order to establish deadlines for further improvements.

Finally, we developed the flow interface, validated it with the client, tested the integrations, launched the MVP, and measured the results.

The goal of this stage was to investigate existing data on abandonment rates, the amount of information collected prior to the project, and the quality of the initial leads in order to improve the navigation flow.

In this way, we were able to create a navigation experience tailored to the client's needs and business objectives.

Finally, the lead qualification funnel was visually represented on each screen, resulting in a cleaner contact database, better aligned with the product Actinver was selling, at the end of the flow.

The problem with this banking product was that users did not take advantage of the benefits that the companies offered with the bank.

So we gathered information from each province where this benefit program was applied to understand how consumption was and what feedback the bank received about it.

Then, we concluded that the solution was to improve the quality of the content, the site's communications and the experience of the reception page.

The solution was designed to receive parameters indicating the type of advertising campaign, the source medium, and other data related to user acquisition.

This data was also stored in the CRM to provide information for better allocation of the advertising budget.

The biggest advantage we can offer is the high level of integrated development with the best measurement tool.

To achieve this, we created clearer and more attractive digital elements to give greater visibility to the associations, as well as PDF download systems for the list of participating merchants.

When I came to work for the website team in the marketing area, nothing made sense. There was a mix of styles that clashed with the new brandbook.

I set up the inaugural web design system to implement the bank's new aesthetic guidelines. To do so, we analyzed the information architecture, the commercial and institutional communication spaces and the Oracle CMS components. The project involved renewing certain areas and creating new ones to speed up implementation times.

In order to align the UI of the new site, I first had to create a base of new components and templates that allowed us to be more agile in the face of the demand of the calendar on important dates.
